| so in coming back to this one i like it much more than i did when i voted on it. my vote was higher than you avg but i think it may have been to low. the image and overall conept is very good and well done. as i said in my original comment the image doesn't say morning which i think acounts for some low votes. If this was in the free study i could see it getting a 7+ easy. congrats on a great image. |

This was my top choice for the challenge. Evocative - I can feel the rain and air. You have communicated the whole atmosphere of this morning in your photo. Simple beautiful composition and colors. Well done! The only 10 I gave in the challenge.

| I know that this is probably getting beaten to death in the scoring (and I really hope that I am wrong), but I just love these types of shots. The color and movement are superb. And you had the guts to enter a decidedly "Non-DPC" image. Good for you. The only gripe I would have is the pinkish stripe at the bottom right. Being advanced editing, that would have been easy to get rid of, as to me, it just doesn't seem to belong with the yellow & orange. |

| I love this shot! It's by far my favorite for the challenge so far. I like the painterly feel of it, and the soothing colors and tones. Many on DPC might not like it, but know that it's a real masterpiece, written by someone who has won many awards and judged photos at many events. Super work. 10 |

I love photographic art that leaves me speechless. I find it most difficult to express my feelings on images like this one. Lots of great photographs I encounter allow me to write volumes. This proverbial cat has my tongue though.
I love impressionism and surrealism in photography. This feels like a painting in which I could easily get lost. Under my normal MO, I would prefer this in black and white, but the color in this image creates some additional tension that elevates the sense of urgency in the image.
This is the first challenge I have voted on in a long time and I'm glad I did. I cleaned out my favorites list a long time ago also, but I have decided to re-populate it, with this being my first selection.
Excellent work. I love it :)

I bet you have a lot of comments like: this doesn't have to be in the morning, only the title refers to morning, blabla, but who cares?
