 Well. . .he is kinda sorta pretty for an ugly fellow, don'tcha think? And I thought it was very gracious of him to pose so sweetly for me.

looks like the zoo is feeding him well, hes a fatty

that 70-300 DO lens creates some awesome photographs as you have made clear in your zoo photos

When you get right down to it, there were 110 people who didn't have a clue when it came to voting on this. This is way above an "Average" "5" photograph. The majority of the voters got it right, and you still came in in a very good position at #24. Good job Sandy!

So close to a "6" Sandy, so you did ok with this great photo.
It has some amazing textures, and did deserve a higher score, but there are some great entries in this challenge.....
I also have noticed that the tolls votes, are quite a number, and that has damaged your score.....

This photo quality should be in National Geographics, the DOF is brilliant,as is the color, everything is top shelf, Oh it fits the challenge as well.
