To be honest, You did a great job with the B&W conversion, but the pink diaper distracts from the image.

Selective desat, should bring focus to your main subject. In the case the babies face. Now, I think I can give you aretistic license (maybe you are showing she's a girl). So, I'm not gonna count off for me being distracted by a little thing :-)

For personal taste, I'm not sure about the selective desat, but with the title, it's a very cute touch. The picture itself is excellent

selective desat isn't often well received around here, but it doesn't bother me...cute kid...nice contrasty scene

Not much I can critique on this. I love it.

It must be of course, because of the colour, huh? The selective de-sat has an adverse effect on what might otherwise have been, to me, one of the more interesting baby shots I've seen. It'd even be more interesting if you'd said it was a boy. Maybe it's effective around here, but I prefer to make my own stories from an image - I believe that's where the magic lies - rather than to be slapped around the retina and told what's most important like this.

Clever use of desaturation. I would have liked to have seen her eyes more clearly. But look at those toes! :)

Nice capture but I think it's a little cool or dark. I think to see it in brighter or warmer tones. But then again that might make it too ordinary. Don't change a thing!

Pretty form and lighting. If only those eyes were turned to the camera. Nice work.

It must be a girl because she's wearing pink ;)

congratulations...love the selective desat and the lighting and the precious look on the angel's face...enjoy her, she'll be 15 before you know it!

I like the lighting, but the selective desat draws my eyes away from her face. Perhaps a pink bow and white diaper would have been better.
