 Bird at the Denver Zoo, it was standing partially into a shaft of natrual light and I took the photo. When I saw the image I thought it could be a decent high contrast entry. The image was shot in raw and very few minor adjustments were made, converted to jpg, cropped slightly, unsharp mask, sized.

I wish this was advanced editing, I would have taken the bright spot of the ducks nose and done something to hided the trash below the duck but you take what you can get.
