 I downloaded from Action Central ages ago the caricature action for Photoshop and never thought I'd get to use it. I thought this was the perfect opportunity!

The action does most the texture work, the modifications are all done with the liquify tool. The action actually calls it up for you to use it. And yes, I forgot the ears! ;)
