The overexposure in the top left is distracting. I think the angle on the sun hurts in that way as well as the long shadows on the dock.

not a fantastic composition; the foreground figure struggles with the water as a background and does not create feeling of "Rest"

Pisces is February 19 - March 20... of course he must be a pisces but i really think you coulda done better with the title.
Not really diggin the crop. Less pier and more bushes/sky.

First thing I'd do is lose the top inch and have only water as the backdrop. Image quality doesn't seem that good. Photo does convey restful nap but isn't hugely interesting to me - a nice image but not one I'd want to buy/ display.

I would give this a 10 if you had cropped out the strip of land at the top of the image. When you compose a photo, everything counts. Everything is for a reason :) The land strip at the top is a contrasty attention grabber that holds no actual interest, but pulls the viewer's eye from the subject...
