Good perspective. A touch more contrast might have been nice.

very interesting visually! Although the tru vertical seems to be centered, the differing heights of the buildings give the illusion that you used the rule of thirds.

Nice building shot. Seems like it needs something, like a point of special interest or I don't know, more....gotcha! A decent example would be a similar shot in this challenge, with the title "Shining Star VP on 42nd Floor". (it got a 7, too.)

I rate this picture highly for several reasons. The theme was Corporate World. You captured both words. Had you shot only one bldg, the message would not have been conveyed as well.
Next, the angle of the shot beatifully captures lines and angles. The two bldgs in the foreground almost appear to be leaning toward each other.

Classic corporate shot. Ever seen that short film at the beginning of Monty Python and the Holy Grail? Reminds me of that in a weird sort of way.

Good soaring buildings

This challenge has been a close battle; many of the pictures have been a high standard of invention and drama, both positive and negative. This picture shows great drama in its composition and is technically very good. I'm no pro, but I know what I like and if I had to pick from the best – it would be up there. Great shot, great drama and great sense of scale, it's a top notch photo with add-ons… (10) Good luck with a really great picture…

Nice sharp shot but a very conventional subject.

too heavy on the right in composition; cropping closer might have been better; nice reflections in buildings, good color

This is sorta strange... I expected to see tall building shots this week and I expected to see quite a few of them. It also seems strange that, for some reason, I like the execution on these much better than some of the other shots I have seen so far. I don't know if you thought this may turn out to be 'cliche' or not, but I will have to say 'kudos' on a great shot. Even if a shot turns out to be 'cliche' in a given challenge (which this one is not really cliche), excellent execution will still score very nicely... good work... - jmsetzler

Nice image, good framing/composition but the tilt does not seem to add anything. -ClubJuggle
