This photograph immediately caught my eye. I find it relaxing. The clarity is flawless. You have my vote. The more I look at this photo, the more convinced I am that it is a perfect 10.

Like the cloud bank below the sun and the sihlouette of the foreground hill on the right makes for a very nice landscape. Horizon looks level.

I see that you have the top of the cloud bank positined on the lower horizontal rule of thirds line. You might consider a different crop to meet this challenge. Consider a crop centering the sun exactly at the upper right rule of thirds intersection point. This not only better meets the specific challenge description but expands the screen real estate devoted to the most interesting areas of the image, the right side foregound and clouds. It cuts out less interesting sky and darker detail on the left and top of the image. Try it and you will probably like the result.

tree line on the right is disturbing, as it is not the subject of the photo.
