 I can't play his stuff, but I'm a big fan of Stevie Ray Vaughn. The hat isn't right, and the guitar isn't electric, but he was my inspiration for this.

Shot against a white backdrop, using a green gel filter in front of a single strobe. Shot using a remote with a 3 second delay.

Slight color adjustments in PS Elements, NI, crop and resize for web.

Too much curl on the brim for SRV. Interesting color. Blue would be more suiting though.

This is as full on silhouette as you can get, almost looks cut from paper. The shape is perfect and gives you the full impact of what is going on, the same as if it had been fully lit. I like the choice of background color, it really makes this pop. Very nice!

Hmmm....I can't recall Stevie Ray ever playing a classical style guitar....it was usually strats, 12 strings or acoustics, but this is really cool so I'll let you off! Well done!
