I read about Drive By's in the September issue of Outdoor Photographer, and 20 minutes after reading the article I read about this challenge on DPC, and I couldn't pass up the chance to give the drive by a try. I know it's a risk doing a more abstract image like this, but I figured this is about the best challenge to attempt something like this.

I think this is a beautiful abstract and (as someone who hasn't read the article but has done stuff like this) I feel it is a good example of the technique.

Cute! I get the humor. If only it was not such a serious subject in the original meaning.
When I was still a sophomoric teenager (of course, my friends would all say, "Sorry, Dude, mentally No Change today",) I tried to create my own humor by teasing that the untimely deaths of "Snap, Crackle & Pop" would be performed by a "cereal" killer. Very Dark Humor... :(
But as to meeting the challenge,...Dead On! I give you a 9 for challenge parameters. I would give you a 10, but IMHO the contrast was post-processed too thin. Nothing more than a judgment call on my part.
Bottom Line...I like the way you think. If I had been in that part of my brain during the entry phase, I could have seen me producing a very similar image with a very similar title. So, much of this advice would be considered "out-loud thinking" under the heading, "Note to Self!" :)

Wait...I had to come back. The title is hilarious. Doesn't quite fit the challenge to me but still...7

An interesting approach but a bit overexposed for my taste.

Did you read about something like this in "Outdoor Photographer" (right mag?). Cool shot!
