 Cut out a box to simulate the door Jack Torrance chopped through to get to his wife. Used color pencils to give texture to the cardboard. Grew facial hair for four days. Used a clipping of dog hair to imitate Jack's look. Held box in one hand. Remote control in the other. 20 shots later...
Cropped original. Enhanced brightness and contrast +9 and de-saturated Red -15.

my favorite of the 'here's johnny' entries in the challenge. i think it's the expression and resemblance to jack that makes it special.

The best of the The Shining entries. Your model even looks like Nicholson. The sharp canines, the stubble and teh wild look in the eyes are perfect. The lighting is perfect. The focus may be a little soft, but I can live with it.
