1) slight change in hue (shoulda done it in raw, but oh well)
2) reduce size
3) local contrast USM

Gorgeous! But, the hand positions seem confusing against the tight lines of the silhouette, and either some light coming through the dress would be nice, or better yet, no material on the body would have been magic.
