| Really nice. It conveys silence pretty well. I kinda agree with thndrdrag about it doing well in that challenge. There is a sunset there but it's not front and center (i.e not really a subject) and the hills/mountains are framed in just a way where they too are not really the subject. |

| I think I'm going to have to disagree with most of the others on this one. I typically enjoy layered and silhouetted landscapes like this, but this one seems a little flat tonally and also a little discontented composition wise. Not up to your standards, I think...of course you know what they say about opinions. |

If this was entered in the no subject compitition it would have ribboned. Wonderful colors in the sky anlong with a great composiotion make this a very beautiful shot.

| I love the layers and muted colors. Really gives an "end of the day" sereness to it. That one burst of brighter blue in the upper left corner seems to not go with the rest of the tones of the photo. I hope to get to the smokies sometime this fall for some shots. This is lovely. |

Ohmygosh Jimmy!!! Do you get to see that kind of view any time you want???? Wow!
I LOVE mountain photos, and this just makes my heart ache for mountain views!
