DOF works great here to draw you to your main subject. I also love the duotone treatment it really helps the texture in the hand stand out. I really have no idea why this shot scored a 5.1, sometimes I don't understand voters.

| I'd like this one a little more if the rope was a bit more defined and "real"... and maybe if it were dipped in poisonous glue and broken glass... maybe its just me... |

| Great, I love the color and the composition of this picture. Is it a ring that we see? Maybe, just maybe if it wasn't there, it would have been better, just my opinion. Well done. |

| HEE HEE - I did the same thing, but ended up submitting another image. The focus and DOF are good. |
