One of my favorites of the challenge. I love the toning and the dof and of course the subject matter. It's just so sweet (BTW, I have that same picture frame) :-) 9 from me!

Lovely image nicely composed, it does give more of a feeling of the use of DOF than soft focus IMHO but i still like it :o)

There is no soft focus here. Soft focus has a misty character with the edges softened and bright areas turned like fog. It results of light difusion before the lens. This picture is only using a shallow DOF.
