 All applied to whole image: crop, levels, hue/saturation, add noise, re-size, and save for web.

If this was an advanced editing challenge, I would love to fix the highlight in the relfection of a pill on the bottle... that little dot bugs me... I'd also use a different take so that i could selectively blur/clone selected areas. I went with this one because the bottle came out blurred- which hid my name on the label.

I've noticed a lot of people place predictions here... thought I'd give it a try, but I really have no idea. I'm curious to see how adding the grain to the image and blowing out the shadows and highlights on purpose will be received. I think those things kind of add to the intensity of the subjects. Not sure if this may also be too interpretive for the challenge- my guess is that other submissions will be humorous...

Good thought, however the medicine bottle is alittle distracting and the lighting could be better.

Would have been better it we could see the label saying not to take it with alcohol. Perhaps also with a half full glass too. JMO. 6

Without the title it's hard to tell what we are seeing...if this is focused it's a much higher score.

It seems to have a lot of noise. I don’t get the impression it was intentional and so I assume it is the result of a high ISO because the light level was too low. I like the way you have cropped the image.

It could be a better photo if more of the picture was in focus. You are putting the emphasis on the alcohol. The pills are just as important to over all composition.
