I like this idea; Picasa does something similar with their collage feature -- one cool thing that could be done here is to overlay the Polaroids on a background image of the girl rather than a solid background. Or maybe a different colored background? Super cool idea though!

I like it! Crop a little tighter on the sides maybe. Nice job though.
