Houses of Parliament.
tried a Sepia Tone, maybe I overdid it slightly.. hey ho

There is temporary solid wall high hording preventing you from taking shots any closer.

It's also a shame one wing was unlit.

That same wing was unlit when I was there. Seems to be a permanent affliction. I like the gold tones here quite a bit - don't think you overdid it at all.

I like the sepia tone, I think it makes the houses pop out like 3-d.
