I really like the texture here... the only thing i think may offer some improvement on this photo would be to use a smaller depth of field to bour out the backgroud a little more possibly... good shot :) = 7 - jmsetzler

Wrinkly but cute! Wood like to see to the bottom of the trunks.

Great shot of the elephants! Texture well displayed. Indian elephants are sooo different from African ones. I don't see any photographic flaws. I started this shot out as a 6, but this is really more of an 8. Swash

No question about texture. Obviously made in a zoo, which for some reason affects my impression. 7 nards656

With the two of them there, I want the one on the right to be saying "you haven't been ironing your ears again have you?"

I have touched an elephant and it is a fascinating texture. I think the representation would have been better with a close up picture of the skin/wrinkles. Good picture of elephants though

Nice elephants, but make me feel the wrinkles.

Elephants always look sad to me. (That has NOTHING to do with your picture, just thought i would add it.)
This is a good picture. It is well focused, and composed so that both animals equally share the "limelight." I think a close up of one of them would have been neat also. Of course, for that, you would need a animal trainer as a good friend, or a really good zoom or teleconverter on your camera. karmat
