I voted this an 8. I thought the shot was good, not outstanding in a technical sense, but it gave me the sense of being in another place and time, and as my emotions were being stirred the focus did not matter to me.

Cute idea, but I'm not a fan of the soft focus. If you were not using a tripod, I'd recommend using it next time
