		| | contrary to popular belief wiener dogs aren't all that good to eat... too much cholesterol, a greyhound is much leaner and more muscular, I mean or so I've heard. Yes, rocco and zoe are still in the living!
The image and theme go together nicely. Congratulations on your top 10

lol nah, in my studio. The sushi was from the grocery store. Not as acurate as chinese food, but prettier to look at.

Great layout and spacing. Love the shadows and the POV. My one nit to pick is the lines of the mat converging at the top.

		| | Heh. I've not actually eaten it (I feel that dogs are much too dirty to be worth eating), I've seen dog meat... It's a very red meat...
Koreans and Chinese are the biggest consumers of dogs... Sushi is considered a much 'higher brow' meal made from high quality cuts of much more expensive meats.

They say that Black is the best tasting, followed by multi-colored then yellow... Some people have different views.

9, just because I'm an animal lover and just the though of it... well you know ;) but I get the humor and am not offended. Hope this does well.

		| | This isn't a superstition or urban legend is it? I don't think dog ever ended up in sushi, which is seafood. I went to china (altho this looks like japanese) and had some dog myself. It's a bit chewy, very tender, and very fatty. |

		| | I gave this a 10 already, but when I went to tell a friend about it I realized you've chosen sushi (typically Japanese cuisine) rather than an item from a Chinese menu, which is what I associate this urban legend with. Oh well, no matter, cause this is still a ribbon in my book. |

I am curious however, as to which urban legend you are associating this image with.

		| | I dunno. It's Korea that has the reputation for dog-eating and although Koreans eat sushi, it's borrowed from Japan. However, I can understand that a picture of Bibimbap wouldn't have the same photographic effect. Anyway, just musing ;-) I like the composition and the good focus on the red collar. |

		| | That's a nice photo but there is a disconnect in the symbolism. Sushi is usually fish or vegetable, never meat as far as I know. If the dish had been stew, BBQ sweet and sour - then yes, the allusion would have worked very well. All in all it is a nice photo bu the symbolism does not work for me. |
