Interesting post editing. Not the typical kind on a portrait - I kinda like it. Nice softness and the white porcelain skin is beautiful with the hair and scarf color. With her eyes being so sharp and blue, in combination with the softness of the rest, it's very intense, almost surreal. I'd do a slight bit of blur on the upper part of her bottom lip - it has a touch of "chapped" look to it.
