 Used PS6 - I'm sure Elements has same features.

First did a curve to get the white balance right. Learn how to do this at the Color cast tutorial and here Grey point trick

Next I increased saturation by +10
Then increased contrast by +6

Then did USM at 120,0.5,1

Subtle, but I think it looks improved.
