I just KNEW this was you when I saw this picture during the voting! It's very beautiful. It's amazing how you got the background so nice and black!

Love the purple tint and the shadows, good job.

This photo needs to be so much bigger. There is a ton of details that just can't be seen. The blue cast is a nice touch. This is a good picture, but at this size, which I'm sure is the legal maximum, it seems that the really interesting detailed parts are just too small. Maybe it'd be possible to just concentrate on the bottom guys in the monument. It looks like a pretty cool tribute to the fighting men of wwII

NICE, THE PURPLE CAPTURES ALL THOSE PURPLE HEARTS

The part of this photo IMO which has the most 'wow' potential is the lower middle part with the shadows. All the light (and interest IMO) is there. I would love to see this re-shot or cropped to highlight only that area. It would add detail to the monument and give more of a focus to that really spectacular area. I actually tried cropping here, and it is very pixelized, but the potential is clear, if you ever reshoot it I would love to see it.

striking color

The purple is kinda cool, but it's hard to make out the details of the different parts of the monument.

The photograph is amazing! It would have been my TOP choice, had the color been more believable. Maybe a subtle light blue tone would have brought out the moonlight? But purple, it just looks too color adjusted.

Beautiful composition. Love the color. The shadows of the figure you were able to capture is incredible. Great job.
