This photo could be improved with less blurring, cropping out of the dull sky, and composing so that the cow were a little larger and on the left side not so close to the edge.

That is a very small cow. Overall image seems too low in contrast. I know it was a dreary day, but contrast and saturation adjustments might have made a difference.

An idea upon work a bit, but I dont' find a subject in it , and cow is only a small indefinite point. regards
