She does look comfortable and fairly natural in this pose. I agree about the pink on her forearm. From this POV, she also looks like she's about 8' tall (j/k). That's an exaggeration and I'm trying to be funny, but the proportions of her head compared to her body seem slightly off to me too - almost like the hips are much closer to the camera than her head. That may have been what you were going for...

I really ,like this one - the model looks comfortable and confident. her right foremarm has an area that is a bit pink - reflectin from her top. I would try to get rid of the pinkness if you could.
