Very confident and comfortable look. Nice shot. She looks like a real professional - and the shots look like they were taken by one too. ;-)

I like the composition of this one. Your model looks more professional in this than the others. The lighting of the head and hair seems overpowering. I also feel the necklace is taking away from the model as well.
