background is too distracting (trees and the playground)
lighting is terrible (blown highlights on his face and shirt and outstretched arm)
clump of garbage at base of the playground
shorts are completely blown out

Creative. I would suggest composing the shot so the swing set wasn't in the background.

You took this during the middle of the day didn't you? You can tell cause the lighing is a bit harsh. The playground in the background is a BIG distraction. Your model doesn't have the best expression for the shot either. Nice idea though...

definitely would be vastly improved if you had moved a few feet to the right and avoided the tree house/jungle gym/play thing in the background, it completely kills the picture.
but it's a good idea though.

Too overexposed - lots of blown highlights on the shirt and pants, a couple hot spots on the model's head. The color is also off.

The highlights are a little bit blown out. Expecially on the face. The problem(to me) is that the photo screams SETUP.

NOTE.... I'm looking at the image first and tyrying to guess the title. If I can't guess, I can't give high marks :-(

not a bad set up :-)

This needs a lot more thought to bring it upto to a reasonable level. Look at the static pose, flat lighting, cluttered background, over-exposed highlights. These areas are things you should start to work on.
