| The detail in this image is fantastic. The title and the shot is perfect for this challenge. The DOF and darkbackground add great impact to the photo. I find the arrangement of the opposing chess pieces both rythmic and pleasing to the eye, however very unrealistic in the end game of a chess match. I would like to see a shot with the pieces in more realistic positions to compare the two. I am rating this one high. |

| I like the idea, and the shot is well done from a technical standpoint. I think that the success of the standing pieces actually overshadows the failure of the lone, lying king. |

| Very creative. The ligthing is great as is the idea. Composition is nice also with the pawns forming diagonals running parallel with the board. Good job. |

job well done, focus is great, tones great, contrast on fallen piece to standing pieces great. light great. just great well done and congrats.
