 Inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's movie, The Birds, which was filmed on location in Bodega Bay (north of San Francisco). I took this photo in Silvercreek Park (Ohio) while experimenting with a new telephoto lens. Converted to black and white in Photoshop by using the channel mixer in an adjustment layer.

What kind of bird is that? (a blackbird!) too much sillhouettes without any points of reference. very grey background (duh) less than fascinating.....4 Swash

Took me a second...but I got it. Love the title - creative photo w. title. I have mixed thoughts about the photo - works with the title - but I'm not sure without the title. Just being honest.

a great silhouette shot. I happen to be a fan of cool looking black birds (or ravens or whatever). Where is Bodega Bay anyways? looks nice.

Without looking it up, is this from Hitchcock's "The Birds"? Well, that's what it makes me think of anyway. This would've been good for "Fear" as well!
