| The color tones are warm and welcoming. I too love the simplicity here. The ripples in the sand make this look more like golden water. |

| This is nicely done. This is more of an abstract in my eye than anything else. The warm colors are comforting to look at and the ripples in the sand provide interest in the composition. |

| Pretty good photo technically. But the composition and lack of focal point don't do much to keep my attention. Perhaps a tighter shot that develops some sort of pattern and balance might give this abstract more gotcha factor. |

| without the title im not sure id recognize it as sand. its so smooth, id think some sort of liquid. its like an abstract. not sure how i feel about the color. maybe a bit too orange. |

| Very peaceful & serene. Not sure why, but for some reason the composition seems a bit lacking to me personally. I like minimalism and scenes like this, but this one has almost too many little dots/spots in the sand for my personal taste. It still has a wonderful tonal & lighting gradient though. |
