 His face is underexposed and there's a bit of a cast.

I left it like that.

Just my 2 cents worth on this one, in response to the request of harsh critisism.

I do not like the amount of focus that is lacking in this shot. His hand in the foreground is soft, the shoulder is soft and the persons hand on his shoulder is soft. Maybe a slightly greater depth of field would have gotten rid of the cast and gave a bit better crispness. Also, I can not tell if it is the photo or the actual door but it looks like the photo is tilted slightly.

Overall compositionn is great.

I think the cast is fine. It feels like it's coming from whatever it is he's peeking around. Love his expression and the hand on his shoulder, as if he's peeking around something he's not suppose to
