The image is just stunning, I love it. I just checked out your portfolio - there are some great portraits in there. My only problem was I felt this was a bit of a stretch for the environmental portrait - I couldn't link the headphones to the background at all. I didn't drop my score too much though, without the headphones would have been on topic, but not as strong an image... made me think hard about what to vote!
If anything the headphones gave the image it a wonderfully abstract feel... a 10 from me in "outdoor portraits" for sure. |

| Revitalizing ... different. The sum of the parts; the sun, the water, the reflection all complete this pure environment and human form. The darker sky at the top and the dark water at the bottom make a natural border. |

I'm having a hard time with this - I don't see the Environmental Port connection. If it were in the Self Port I'd vote a 10. I'm going to have to ponder this some more ... I shall return.
Alright - I'm back ... had you lied to me with the title and said "The Open Water Swimmer" or something like that I'd have gone for it. As it stands I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt: 10.
Composition, lighting, reflections, use of the sun: all very very good. |

| Beautiful photo and I must admitt that I think it comes from Iceland because it is so perfect ;) But you don't just jumb into the see here in Iceland so I am not sure. Could be a ad or cover on a CD. Perfect photo that deserves 10. |
