Adjusted levels, cloned out scratches on knife and some bits of fluff on the t-shirt. Slight colour adjustment and USM applied.

I want the knife to be more dramatic, perhaps at a more dramatic angle or in the act of cutting something. It takes a lot to make a pharmaceuticals convention interesting.
