Hey Rebeca. This is your first challange and maby something went wrong in the upload progress or when you saved the picture down for the web. I think this is an interesting picture. I like the crop and the tone of it. But it is always hard to judge picture when they are so small.

For the next challange just remember to make your image in the size 640px and it will rate much higher. People look at these small picture and automatically give them 1's without looking at if the picture is good.

Good luck in future challanges :)

Best regard, Arni

Too small to rate well, see the tutorial in the learn section

Just not large enough and lacks focus.

This photo is small and very blurry. I'd suggest better lighting to speed up the shutter speed, or the use of a tripod. Keeping the image as large as allowed is a huge help here on DPC. I'll bump it a bit now.

I kind of like the moody lighting and soft focus, but it would have helped if the pic was a little bigger. I can't tell what's in the bottom/foreground there.

Nice

The image is small and looks to be out of focus. I like her expression.

I really like this I think but the size makes it hard to tell for sure. I like the framing and the lighting.

Image needs to be lots bigger and in focus. Also the "him" in this photo is a her and that throws me off, sorry.

too small

Focus is off a bit.

I think this image is too small to do well in this challenge. Looks interesting though.

kinda small and blurry, but I like the "feel" of the pic.

Image is pretty small. Focus is pretty soft also.

you should really use the full size allowable of 640 pixels, it will help your scores

I'm not sure how it fits the title. It's blurry. The resolution isn't so great. The colors are nice, I just wish i could see the photograph.

a little small and out of focus. try the tutorial on how to size your images for DPC.
05/03/2006 05:24:05 PM
too small. you should try to use all 640 of available pixels.
05/03/2006 03:23:45 PM
focus is out
05/03/2006 03:03:56 PM
Seems like a pretty good photo, but at this small size it's really hard to tell. Unfortunately your final score is going to reflect not using the full 640 pixel max, rather than the quality of your photo. Too bad the lighting looks rather interesting.

it is a shame the size of you photo is dificult to aprecieate
05/03/2006 08:52:53 AM
This looks like a very good photo, why did you not post it to the maximum size allowed? I would like to see a bigger version of this.
