Hello and greetings from Gas Works Park in Seattle! Have we met before?

Anyway, I think this has definitely great potential to it but is somewhat lost. I for one am drawn by the leading line yet there is nothing for my eye to terminate to. A person at the end would have made this stronger in my opinion.
