While this shot does meet the challenge, there is nothing here to hold your interest. I can not tell what the item is I am looking at, and I can not tell what is reflected in the chrome. Adding something recognizable in the reflection, or allowing us to understand what the object actually is would help this shot tremendously.

I dont' know what it is , it seems that there's no real focal point and the reflection isn't clear enough to do anything but detract.

your subject is not very intresting....infact I am not even sure what the subject is. Ether your photo is blury or your depth of field is too shallow. I recomend using a smaller apature (larger fstop).
