The very word veteran sends a chill up my spine... you gave us a view of an old veteran and I pray that the younger ones will live to show such a weathered face..... good job. |

If this was larger e.g. 640 on the long side it would have a greater impact. |

I don't usually like comments or give them, but since candids are near and dear to my heart, I have decided to comment on every photo in this challenge.
This looks more like a portrait than a candid. No real emotion in the face. No story to it other than being a vet. It's just ok. More use of HMS would have probably brought out the features more, but still it wouldn't have helped with showing any emotional value. It's a 4 for me. |
