A 264x196 pixel image doesn't do 20" wheels any justice. It appears you may have had a problem getting the compression and dimensions right so that you could submit it. I have included the link for submitting images, while it says PhotoShop the same concept can be used with most programs.

Try to resize to the 640 allowed. My eye goes to the patch of sunlight instead of the the chrome wheel.

I guess you are already getting the "image to small" comments. Check out the tutorials section on sizing. Looks like it could have been a nice shot. Hopes this comments helps.
