I love them playing that wonderful traditional music in the streets of Budapest!

It was pretty a challenge to take this shot and the post process as well, because light came just from behind him, which made my life very difficult. I almost made up my mind on skipping this challenge when I learnt to use the curves which made me able to have this photo look like exactly as I wanted. (Some may feel like it should be more saturated but I was searching sor this specific colour scheme.)

I hope compression did not kill much of the qualiy and you will like it. :-)

A lot to look at here, and all of it interesting. Texture, color, expression. Exposure, focus, and DOF all well done. Nice job.

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

To me, fancy dress and makeup don't always make a good candid. It is nice and shows some interest, but I like to see a bit more. Something out of the ordinary, something more obscure, and/or something unexpected going on then a speaker or a performer. To me this is some kind of performance. It is a candid, but just not what I care to see in one. For me it is a 3 vote.
