I love this photo... not only because it demonstrates texture but it also showcases colors.... wonderful, riotus colors...... nature is never boring... and you dear woman proved that........ a 15 in my opinion!!

Beautifully done. Not only have you captured texture in the small (surface texture) but you also caught texture in the large (variously colored flakes). I like that. Among my top 10 picks.

Wow! How striking! I am so drawn to that beautiful purple in the midst of all those earthtone stone colors! What a perfect texture shot. I bet a full view of this scene is gorgeous!
