 Had a tough time figuring out what to do with the low key challenge - so we went high key and entered hands. Again - all I can hope for is a 5. Anything better than that would be cool.

Post Challenge - OK so my pipc is possibly going to be dq'd as a similar pic was in this challenge. Here is the description of what I did to make this. Hopefully it passes.

My kids and I each painted a hand on an individual piece of paper. I took each piece and arranged them on a table with other blank sheets surrounding them so I could get a good white base background around them. The arrangement of the three hands was specific to my shot and tried several different variations since they were not one piece.

Post Processing included upping levels to bring the white out blazing with the intention of highlighting the color. I used a bit of saturation to bring out the colors more although they were pretty strong to begin with, especially after the whitening. Lastly I cropped and sharpened heavily (basically maxed it out) with the intention of bringing out the texture of the paint. And finally the border consisting of th ethree colors used.

This is not a picture of a picture. There was intention of layout and composition and I had an ultimate goal of presenting something above and beyond a literal representation of the original pieces.

Hope this helps and that it may prevent a big pink bar.

POST POST CHALLENGE - I was afraid of this - but only after the challeneg had ended. I am still pretty new and I am learning the rules the hard way. More learning to come I am sure
