While I like the colors, they do draw attention away from the girls eyes - it might be more balanced if they were in color as well.

Leaving the color in the flower IMHO adds nothing to the shot...

I really love the picture of the little girl. I do think, however, that the colored flower draws focus and detracts from this beautiful girl.

I really dislike spot coloring, however if done well I don't wote down because I know other like it. Your photo is over done. the colors should be subtle. The focus of your shot should be this beautiful little girl and instead all I can see is this flower cause it is so bright. Bring the saturation way down or all the way down, the shot will be much better. Also a little more contrast could not hurt

I like the selective desat in the image. The edges? Not sure. Well lit, well composed, sharp, attractive subject: nice photo. The dodged edge effect? Not so much.

a little tacky for my taste. kinda makes me think of those 80's poster with the lective desaturation going on.

great angle, overall great shot, but the soft edges have never really done it for me.

I would have muted the color in the flower just a bit more so it doesn't compete so much with the girl.

You don't want to know just how many of my personal pet hates you've managed to get into this one photograph - I'm afraid, just about everything about this. Obvously technically competent, but this really hits all the alarm bells for me; I'll try to be good and not knock you just for producing something I don't like ... 6

Border hurts, IMHO. Otherwise a worthy photo.

Has a nice retro feel to it.

I love the eye contact, the lighting, her expression. I'm less mad about the selective desat, the vignette border and the way the flower competes with her eyes for the viewer's attention.
