 As uncomfortable as it was to get him into a tie, it was that much easier to get him focused and started.

If the tie is askew, then loosen the knot and collar. Otherwise, line it up with the buttons on the shirt. A shot should be casual or formal but this stands out as a mistake. Nice shot and cute model.

I like the split tone in the background echoed by the raised leg with the black pants. Very nicely done! Only nit is he needs a better catchlight in the eye on the dark side.

Your whites seem overly bright, and there appears to be a little bleeding from the white shirt onto the black background. The pose isn't really flattering, and he looks really bored.

Needs a touch of hair light and your catchlights look uneven. Nice lighing on the white shirt. Lost the detail in the pants though... White portion of your background needs more light also.
