Actually, I have no idea if either of these guys is a lobbyist. I just assume so since I didn't see a legislator's badge on either of them. This was taken in the South Atrium on the House side of the Third Floor, near the General Lee portrait while both chambers were in session.

If you had auto bracket, burn out would not be a problem. Not an interesting image.
