Yep, that's me with my hood up weilding a kitchen knife above my daughter's head while trying to fire the camera remote.

Two light set up in the bedroom, one halogen floodlight for my shadow and my desklamp low beside the bed for Lauren.

If the neighbours looked in........

Convered from RAW, levels, contrast and Ken Lee's Lavender Quadtone applied to get that late night feel, I tried warm tones but didn't like it.

The idea is okay, but the fact that she doesn't look scared sort of demolish the concept.

for some reason this reminds me of a scene from an old movie. I really like it!

Very nice. The shadow & girl reading are a great combo-- it almost feels as if we can see the girl's thoughts while she reads. One of my favorites for this challenge.

Good work. The lighting on the "soon-to-be victim" is uneven. Perhaps intentional, but IMHO it would look better if it were more even. Either all in slight shadow, or all lit.

yikes another scarey one - this is also very emotive but has a great quality to it - certainly meets the challenge and works very well in B&W - nice work :)
