I really like the black on black choice. And your use of negative space is great. Once again terrific color & focus. Where are these shots taken? Do you kidnap the animals and take them back to your studio to put them in front of a black velvet curtain and use beautiful lighting? ROFL

Should know the name of this bird, but...., anyway, overall a nice capture, but the bottom of the underbill especially blends into the background too much, also the back of his head. Think a different colored background would help tremendously on this!
