 Carousel in Central Park. Used Photoshop lasso to outline the horse, invert and converted background to gaussian blur.

I like the colors and glow - and the blurred background - but there seem to be editing artifacts around the edge of the horse (especially muzzle) that are distracting. I've found that using the auto or lasso tools frequently don't do an accurate enough job selecting an object, so that I end up going back and painstakingly tracing it by hand. It takes a LOT longer, but the results are usually a lot cleaner. I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know... ;-) I really like the composition and saturation.
