Taken with my little Canon P&S. Not much PP here. Just convert to BW using channels and cropped.

interesting shot, like how the train retains its motion, and the person sitting on the right.

Another great shot, the sense of movement is wonderful, like the B&W treatment too. I tried a few times to get shots like this in London Underground but never really succeeded.

I like the stillness of the person against the movement. B&W conversion was a good choice IMO

love the shot, would have scored it a 4 in the challenge, though.

is it an interesting picture? yes.
would I score it well in the "singled out" challenge? I don't think so-

the photo isn't really of anyone; there's a girl in it, but she's the element, not the primary subject. the high contrast of this photo and the blurred lines make this almost an abstract, much more about form than about any particular part of it. the girl is also clearly isolated, not in a crowd.

for the "singled out" challenge, I'm going to want two things - (1) a clear focus on a single person in which I can see their face, and (2) other people nearby in the frame.

but by itself, this is a good picture. I think the composition is strong, and the tension between the moving train, the sitting girl, and the bold "1" of the sign lends a dynamism to the image.

where was this taken? I was thinking BART, but the kanji characters indicate it's somewhere else.
