It seems that citris lends itself to these sorts of shots. I like this shot, though I feel as though it could have 'captured' the lime better.

Okay even though this is hardly an original idea given the enormous quantity of lemon/lime entries in this challenge, the technique and lighting is so stunning that I can't help but enjoy this. I'm not through all the photos yet but so far this is by far the best fruit photo I've seen. I think it could've been even stronger with a crop that incorporated more of the peel on the right, for that dark green border.

One of the best backlit fruit images. It's over sharpened but in some ways in this case it actually adds to the image by increasing its graphic design quality. Well done.
